Owner & Accountant
Billy Beard is the owner and accountant behind Billy Beard Bookkeeping. Born and raised in Teton Valley, Billy developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for his community. He graduated from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2012 and launched Billy Beard Bookkeeping in 2018 with a mission to provide the highest level of service to his clients—something he knew he could only achieve by going out on his own.
Billy is a family man—he and his wife, Alesa, are raising five kids together. When he’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find him making music or working on his farm. His expertise spans a variety of industries, working with clients such as private schools, landscapers, construction companies, plumbers, physicians, surgeons, truck repair businesses, and farmers. With a commitment to accuracy and reliability, Billy ensures that businesses have the financial support they need to thrive.

Office Manager & Accountant
Chandramouli Rameswarapu is a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. As the Office Manager and Accountant at Billy Beard Bookkeeping, he plays a vital role in ensuring seamless financial operations, accurate bookkeeping, and efficient payroll processing for our clients.
With a strong analytical mindset and a passion for numbers, Chandramouli is committed to delivering precise and reliable accounting solutions. Beyond his expertise in finance, he enjoys visiting Hindu temples, watching anime, reading newsletters, and reviewing case laws. His keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable part of our team.
